Experienced Test Purchasers to support operations relating to illicit products sold on the market. Provide support in executing search warrants and undertaking test purchase operations at premises.

We will provide…

Highly skilled and experienced Test Purchasers to undertake covert test purchase operations at sites of interest to identify if illicit goods are being sold on premises. The officers will be trained in officer safety, understand legislation and provide expert reports and statements.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Output

1) Undertake test purchasing operations
2) Locations, times and dates agreed by the organisation
3) Identify illicit tobacco, illicit alcohol and general illicit products on sale
4) Use covert equipment, where necessary
5) Gather and provide intelligence to support further evidence outcomes
6) Completion of a report/statement and emailed to the organisation
7) Evidence handed over to the organisation in a secure evidence bag
8) SOW includes completion of each operation over the agreed time period.
