You have a large number of vetting files which require processing, some may be a lot more urgent which requires more attention.

We will provide…

A team to undertake vetting for police officers and staff, operating in line with the organisations vetting policy. In line with formal processes, they will conduct extensive research and perform thorough due diligence and assessment on vetting applications. This will also include the use of the organisations systems to update files, input accurate information, identify, investigate and assess all matters relating to the suitability of vetting levels while providing frequent updates to senior managers such as risk and any concerns.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Output

1) Security application forms/packs processed by vetting and data officers
2 Undertake vetting process in line with the organisations policy
3) Process vetting at levels such as BPSS, DBS, CTC and SC, inclusive of NPPV 1, 2 and 3
4) Third party relationship management review – liaison of other organisations to obtain information on the applicant
5) Completion of risk reviews and reports
6) Record approved or unapproved vetting outcomes
7) Complete all deliverables as agreed in the SOW
8) Unit of measure to be agreed by client associated to performance.
