You need to…

Investigate a complaint against a police officer or member of staff or an internal, sensitive investigation relating to a member of your organisation, corruption for example.

We will provide…

An independent investigation team to investigate the allegation in detail. The experienced team will be former professional standards investigators, qualified investigative practitioners with extensive techniques and skills to investigate complex and sensitive investigations. Each member of the team will be security cleared to SC level.

To be determined

Statement of Work (SOW) / Output

1) Obtain evidence to establish the circumstances and collation of intelligence
2) Obtain witness statements
3) Analyse CCTV
4) Interview co-workers, witnesses and other persons of interest
5) Liaise with other partners to analyse sensitive evidence
6) Assess and review the complaints report
7) Produce a report based on the findings and recommendations to the senior manager
8) Meet actions set over an agreed period of time set within the SOW.
