Red Snapper Recruitment (RSR) has been awarded a contract to supply the Probation Service with specialist recruitment services.

This is a new contract that replaces the contract RSR held for the previous six years. RSR will be providing a hybrid service in which it supplies training and recruitment services to support established talent and to create new capacity by providing training gateways into unpaid work supervision and Probation Service Officer roles.

The MD of RSR, Martin Jerrold, commenting on the award, stated:
