Once again, thank you.”
Upon receiving the Chief Constables Award, Martin Jerrold, Managing Director of RSG had this to say:
“We’re so grateful for this award and the recognition which comes with it. RSG prides itself on having a mission. Our purpose is to be a trusted, reliable partner to WMP to assist the organisation in achieving its goal and meet its challenges. We’re so pleased we were able to do our modest bit through these difficult times. Thank you.”
As the pandemic unfolded in 2020, West Midlands Police were facing significant workforce issues related to COVID-19, with a number of staff self-isolating, shielding, or recovering from exposure to the virus.
During this time, WMP relied on the contingent labour services, managed services and comprehensive support provided by the team at Red Snapper Group.
RSG deployed a multidisciplinary range of staff, including: front desk officers across the force, investigation consultants to ROCU, homicide and PPU, in addition to workers within criminal justice and professional standards.
More than 55 RSG workers were deployed at WMP at a given time during the height of the pandemic.
The team at RSG are very proud to have been able to have provided these services when they were needed most and are honoured to have received the Chief Constables Award.
