Diversity Policy

We are a very diverse team.  Our team reflects the community we serve.  The team is made up of a good representation of age groups, an even split in terms of gender, a very healthy representation of individuals from the LGBT+ community and is a reflection of our community in terms of ethnicity and faith groups.  We’re very proactive in terms of ensuring we do not have a narrow culture within our business.  To serve the very diverse communities which make up our client base best, we must first reflect them in full.  Come and meet the team!
