	Martin Jerrold Managing Director Martin Jerrold has over 20 years experience in the staffing services, media and training sectors. As Managing Director of the group, Martin is accountable for growth across all markets. He is responsible for the current and future commercial strategy of the business and for building and strengthening key partnerships. He’s a good guy
	Helen Jerrold Finance Director Helen is a finance professional with over 15 years of experience. Prior to joining the Red Snapper Group Helen worked in Professional Practice at Ernst & Young and BDO Stoy Hayward. Helen has been the Finance Director at the Red Snapper Group since 2008 and has managed the company’s rapid financial growth across this time. Helen’s role encompasses all finance and compliance matters within the business. She also takes an active role in the management of key accounts as well as financial input to bid work.
	Simon Hember Business Development Director Simon has many years experience in the field of cyber security and as such has become a well-known and recognisable figure in the industry. His experience spans all sectors across EMEA, North America, and APAC. He has spearheaded Acumin into new markets and developed board-level relationships with some of the world’s largest enterprises. Similarly, Simon has advised on and facilitated the European market entry of a number of US-based high-growth start-ups. Acumin is now recognised as the leading provider of cyber security specialists in Europe, and his vision is to continue to develop the brand on a global basis. Prior to founding Acumin, Simon ran a team of specialist consultants for the largest IT staffing agency in the UK. Outside of work his interests lie in a variety of activities such as sailing, scuba diving, and motor racing.
